The morning sunlight was starting to creep into the den. Except, because of the way the elders den was placed in camp, the morning light was more like the noon light. Still, it served as the alarm clock to the two elders that inhabited it. Of course, if a living alarm clock didn't come wake them first.

This was one of their lucky days. The bright light made it's way to warming the old cat's back and eventually, he felt awake enough to adjust his position. He sat on his thinning rump and moved slowly toward the entrance, attempting to get the attention of an apprentice.

Ooc: Are we talking about the move from StormClan to MountainClan? 'Cause it's kind of a longish story that I was gonna tie in with the Clan's history (if I ever find those lists and stories that I'd created a few years ago). If this is about that journey, then I'll have to PM you some of the basics about the whole thing.

Ooc: No prob, it's just if it is, I'm a be all up in it 'cause I'm overly sensitive about that brainchild. I was originally gonna write it for the "Elders' Tales" website, but I never got around to it so I only have the beginning, and the end product (MountainClan).
