Haha, I remember last time I was in a Warriors club and they made forums, just like this. Except them some really crazy stuff started happening (i was framed, I swear :3. Seriously. For realz.) and one of the staff members sent my hate mail. So, yeah.... Well, I better stop rambling. I got some ideas that I want to dish out.
1. Create user groups (deputy, kit, apprentice, leader, all the stuff) and assign them to certain people so that it shows up under the person's user name. It would make it less confusing if somebody changed their rank or something. For example, mine would read:
Ivypaw
Apprentice
[avatar here]
2. Explain to the members (on the club news or something) that you must be 13 or older to sign up for the boards, so any underage members will have to lie about their age 0.o

Hmm... you've got a good point there. Perhaps they could put their rank underneath the avatar space in the little text area. Good idea! :3

Yes! I am sooooo happy ye decided to do this Wildstar, i can't even begin to express my happyness. now, i know I am not a staff member of the club, however I would like to offer my servaces to you. I work with proboards allt he time and I know loads of great things to do to make this site the best it can be.

We think it was a computer because the mods couldn't get rid of the posts. The site hadn't been used for a while though, that may have helped cause it. I'm shutting up now. XD

She had lasik surgery. She doesn't need glasses anymore.
