PINK LADY IS A GOOD ONE TOO!! It's not very far along, but I think the female lead has a hilariously brutish attitude. "Crazy Coffee Cat" isn't bad either… or "Mary Stayed Out All Night." (I think those are all manhwas?) "Do You Want to Try" was also FABULOUS (even though the ending for one character was like TmT).

Ooh, I love Pink Lady! I haven't heard of the others… Oh, wait! I just looked up Do You Want to Try, and I think I read a couple chapters but wasn't that interested… you think it's worth taking another shot at?
Another really excellent manga (not manhwa, I have my list of excellent manhwas on another computer and I don't feel like going to dig it out right now) is Liar Game! It's so interesting, even though people tend to insult its art… Liar Game is another good drama, too!
And one of my favorite mangas ever is Seigi no Mikata! It is truly one of the funniest and cleverest things I have encountered… A great drama too!
And I don't read a lot of BL mangas, but there are a couple that are just too good not to mention… I am IN LOVE with Silver Diamond and Koori no Mamono no Monogatari. That mangaka is a genius… And I just today encountered Golden Days (I didn't realize it was BL before I started reading, though, which made it interesting. =P), which is a crazy good manga! I looooove mangas where characters are transported to other times or dimensions. They are just so excellent!
Edit: I just now read a manga that was absolutely fantastic! It's sad though, it literally moved me to tears. Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan. Highly recommended.

SOOOOOOOOO AGREE!!! Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan was the saddest thing I've probably ever read! The art was beautiful, the characters were great… the lack of justice totally killed me in the end. I was rooting for him the whole time… So beautiful.
And seriously peeps, watch the J-drama of Hana Yori Dango. IT WAS TOO GOOD. Watch it. Now.

I know right? I LOVED the part where she was like, "I wonder why I, who have such intent to kill, am out here, while you, who regret killing so much, are in there…" (Not exact wording, but yeah). It was like, eeeek!
Other good shoujos are Venus Capriccio (which I'm re-reading right now, love it!) and W-Juliet. Also Tsubasa wo Motsu Mono, it's really adorable!

I'm right now rereading Kimi ni Todoke- actually I don't think I got more than a couple chapters in the first time. But I LOVE this manga. I love it SO much. It is incredibly adorable, I keep squee-ing my head off.

Just finished reading a short little one-shot called "The Pearl Blue Story". It wasn't anything really amazing, but I think it's worth a look--it was really cute and mysterious. :3 (I also read a bunch of other manga, but it was josei so I won't share.  ) |
