That is pretty insanely awesome. A prime example of what thrilling things can be done with modern technology when it's not devoted to war, weaponry or pointless corporate garbage. Of course, I have no doubt that this will end up as a highly lucrative industry, but still, you don't try to do awesome stuff like this without some purely scientific motivation.

He's the engineering/construction teacher at my school. They use it in class to make parts for machines, robots, and other cool stuff. Half the time though, it ends up making a bush... XD This was supposed to be a gear...  [/url] As you can see, it is a bush. |

Someone I know goes to a high school where they have a full lab set up for genetic experimentation on fruit flies. Some high schools just have crazy stuff.
