**Having two separate threads will be more natural and easier to follow. Until BlodClan and FallenClan actually meet up, this thread will serve as the refuge of BloodClan. All BloodClan posts will go here. I have spoken with Wildstar about this and we have decided to at least try it. If you have any concerns, please PM me**

Clifftalon stood, blood dripping from his muzzle, and watched with glee as the FallenClan cats- what was left of them, at least- scrambled to retreat. Ignoring the twitching body at his feet- he'd injured the FallenClan apprentice mortally, without a doubt- Clifftalon made his way around the battlefield, trying to figure out exactly what the BloodClan casualties had been. He estimated that maybe ten FallenClan warriors had retreated, but that a good three-quarters of them had been slaughtered. There were a good number of BloodClan dead, but considering that they had nearly wiped out four Clans over the last few years, BloodClan was still surprisingly strong.
Glancing around to try and pick out the warriors he was most familiar with, Clifftalon absentmindedly noticed that Bearheart had survived the battle unscathed, which was annoying. Honestly, he would have preferred it if the bothersome she-cat had been killed in the fighting, because she couldn't seem to accept that they were through. Oh, well. He would have to continue ignoring her, he supposed.
Then the massive deputy stopped, having caught sight of something that chilled his blood… A hulking, bloodstained form lying limp on the ground, his throat torn out. Gorgehollow, Clifftalon's son. Leafswirls's son. Clifftalon was suddenly reminded of when he had discovered Leafswirl's body, after that awful battle. He had never expected his clever, quick wife to be pinned down by one of the MoonClan worshippers. If only he had been with her… If only he had been with Gorgehollow. Clifftalon picked his way over to his son's body, and sat for a moment, gazing into his son's blue, sightless eyes. With a sigh, the deputy used his paw to close the dead cat's eyes, then stood. What was done was done, and right now Clifftalon would focus on what needed to be done. Which was, of course, tracking down and killing the last of the FallenClan cats, thereby fulfilling the commands of SunClan.
The drab-furred deputy sought out his leader, Chosenstar, and addressed him. "Chosenstar, I would like to personally lead a patrol to eliminate the FallenClan cats who fled. With your permission, I would like to take Lightningwind, Monster, Aspenbark and a few other warriors and track them. It should be enough, I think, since they are few, wounded and exhausted." He waited anxiously on his leader's response.
Starry
Chosenstar sat on a small rise just behind the battlefield, with not so much as a speck of blood to dirty his coat, surveying the damage. He didn't even glance at his deputy when Clifftalon approached and reported to him. He considered the suggestion before agreeing in his whispery voice, "Yes. It should not take many of our clanmates to finish the job. Gather our surviving elite, and Monster if he wishes to join you. Leave as quickly as you can--there may be rain tonight, and you must not loose the trail."
The elite. BloodClan's strongest and smartest. Aspenbark, a cruel and merciless fighter, though her talent was sometimes marred by sporadic bursts of unwieldy emotions. Bloodeyes, a brute and a bully, indisputably one of the strongest cats BloodClan had to offer. However, he had no more intelligence than a mouse--less, even--and required direction to perform. Lightningwind, cunning and nearly as good at manipulating others as Chosenstar himself, except that her passion for sadism ruled her. She was adept at handling Bloodeyes. Monster, not technically of BloodClan and loyal to none, but a strong enough ally to be worth the headache. And Clifftalon. Clifftalon, his loyal deputy, existing only to do Chosenstar's bidding, but with just enough wits about him to act without Chosenstar always pulling the strings. Strong, too, and unquestioning. Chosenstar sometimes worried--if the monotonous thought could be called worrying--that he was beginning to rely too heavily on his deputy. But there was nothing he could do about that just now. He needed Clifftalon to finish the task SunClan had set them, as Chosenstar could not run off after stragglers when his clan was in this condition. Maybe after the clan had recovered, but not now.
"Yes. You must go."
Wiffle
Aspenbark Shook some blood form her hind leg as the straggling Fallenclan retreated. "Wimps." she muttered as she licked the long gash down her foreleg. She wondered who was still among them that she cared for. She saw no sign of Owlflight (Cat That retreated that I will make later.) or some of the others, who she had no doubt had run. She saw Tumbledance lying motionless a few feet away, which she regretted. She had liked her. Nothing could be done, though, so she looked for the living, and saw Chosenstar and Clifftallon and went to join her leaders. An elimination patrol? She sat straighter.

BloodClan was full of… dare he say it? Monsters. No--demons. In their quest for power and territory, they completely destroyed three clans. Or they would've, if they hadn't asked him to join the bloodbath. Chosenstar had promised him a much bigger piece of land if the huge tom helped in their genocide. Monster was not what anycat would call a pacifist, but if he could get what he wanted without bloodshed, what was the point of wasting energy?
And he had proven his theory completely. Although he had agreed to this brief alliance through battle, he had not agreed to kill anycat. He believed all that needed to be done was rough some up and get a few bites in--it kept everything else off of his land, why would it be different this time? Still, he had killed at least one, to diffuse any suspicions. If they found out he was not doing as much as they had anticipated, the deal would be off.
'Foxdung,' he thought. The battle could've been won easily, regardless of the numbers and spirit of the other party. BloodClan had much better technique. He wasn't disgusted to admit it, nor was he pleased. It was simply fact--like FallenClan's demise.
As soon as the tides had turned in BloodClan's favour, Monster had returned to his land. It would do no good to stick around, and even if the remnant came back, what was there to be afraid of? A few measly warriors were nothing to a cat that had terrified wolves. No, he could wait until Chosenstar called for him, to officially mark Monster's territory, and to guarantee that the others would stay out of his business.
Lighty
Clifftalon nodded happily at his leader. "Yes, Chosenstar. I will do as you say." He spotted Aspenbark loitering nearby and padded over to her, trying not to show his impatience to get going. "Aspenbark, find Bloodeyes, and Monster if you can, tell them that we are putting together a patrol to track down and eliminate the FallenClan cats. You might as well fetch another couple of warriors as well, if you get the opportunity. Meet back here as quickly as you can." Clifftalon would find Lightningwind himself… She was probably near a large pile of FallenClan bodies. The deputy did not wait for Aspenbark's response- She was a good warrior, she would obey his orders or be sorry- and instead peeled away, trotting down the rise towards the battlefield, eyes scanning for a glimpse of orange-and-white fur.
Wiffle
Aspenbark stood and trotted off in search of the albino and Monster. She was certain that Monster wouldn't have gotten into trouble, though he may be hard to find, but Bloodeyes was not very sharp. He migh have wandered off, or started attacking himself out of lack of other cats to fight.
Owlflight wandered into the fighting area, where the noise had died out. He looked around, wishing for all he was worth that he wasn't here, that he hadn't been here. he flinched when he saw the carnage on the field. Seeing movement, he stepped out and recognized Aspenbark, and felt a regretful relief.
Aspenbark spotted him crawling out of the brush, and sneered. "So you came back. Thats surprising, Did you leave your tail in your hurry to get out of here?"
"I just couldn't handle the violence."
"Well it's time to make yourself useful, since you wriggled out of a fight. We are patrolling out to finish them off. You are with us."
Hawky
Bloodeyes stood over the body of the cat he had been battling, a look of pure confusion over his face. Why wasn't the cat moving? They had been fighting, and Bloodeyes had bit into the cats throat. He had continued fighting for a short time, but then he completely stopped moving... "Fallenclan cat. Wake up. The battle's over. We won. You can go after your clan now," he said, prodding the now cooling body of his fallen foe with a massive paw. He placed his paw underneath the cat's body and attempted to lift him up to stand, but he just flopped over again on his other side. He poked his shoulder in an attempt to wake him, and his white paw became stained with crimson. Suddenly curious as to what the crimson liquid was, he lifted his paw to his muzzle and sniffed it.
Bloodeyes froze at the smell. Blood? He shook his head. No... That can't be blood. I didn't bite him that hard... He licked his paw, tasting the deep crimson liquid, and his tongue was filled with the taste of salt and iron. I couldn't have bitten him that hard! Bloodeyes' massive shoulders sunk a little bit. He had killed a cat. He didn't want to kill... Only mame... Or seriously injure...*
Bloodeyes once again prodded the cat's side, hoping he was just sleeping. "Come on, mister Fallenclan cat. Wake up. Your clan's gone. It's time to go home. You can stop sleeping now..."
Bluesky
Lightningwind had thoroughly enjoyed the battle, and when the FallenClan cats finally retreated - a shame, really, she could've killed a few more - she was indeed standing amoung a pile of bodies. Her shining moment had definitely been taking down that old coot, Rainstar. Watching his daughter and Snowstar's pain had been quite entertaining.
There was a sudden movement to her side, and she stopped her musings to whip around, ready to attack again. A wounded warrior was attempting to say goodbye to the dead, it seemed, and she growled maliciously at him. It was those cats' fault for dying, they would not get the honor of even a goodbye! The brown cat looked up at her in fear, and she mentally noted his eyes, green rimmed with bright yellow. She would enjoy watching the light leave them.
Then, she noticed Clifftalon coming over. She relaxed, spitting after the fleeing FallenClan tom. She would find him again and kill him, she decided. But it would be more fun for her if he had a chance to recover and become a worthwhile enemy again. For now, she turned to her deputy. Past him, she could see Bloodeyes poking at a dead cat. "What is that fool doing now?" Her brows drew together in a disgusted look, Bloodeyes was a good fighter and mindlessly followed her orders, but great SunClan he was idiotic.
Wiffle
Aspenbark Spotted Bloodeyes prodding a dead cat, looking confused. Obviously. She trotted over, and spoke to the white cat. "Bloodeyes, it's a dead cat. Meaning that It's like you, only not alive. You got that? Now, we are going to go make more of those, " She flicked her tail at the body, "Out of the rest of the groveling mice that ran off. You are going to be on our patrol." She hopped she wouldn't have to do more explaining, she still had to go find Monster, and she wasn't sure how long that would take.
Owlflight trailed after Aspenbark, tail dragging on the dirt. How had he ended up here? He did not belong in this clan at all. He looked to where Chosenstar sat, resentment rising in his stomach.
Lighty
Clifftalon glanced back, following Lightningwind's look to that moron Bloodeyes. Really, the only thing that can was good for was as a sort of drone. He was useful, in his own way, but Clifftalon had no respect or patience for the idiot albino, which is why the deputy usually left it to others to deal with him. Luckily, as he stared at Bloodeyes in distaste, Aspenbark came up to the red-eyed cat and ordered him over to the meeting site. Clifftalon was greatly relieved, and glad that Aspenbark at least was a reliable warrior, cold, ambitious, underhanded and vicious when she needed to be. She reminded him a little of his first mate in that.
Turning back to Lightningwind, Clifftalon shrugged. "Aspenbark is handling him, thank SunClan." He was happy to turn his eyes back to Lightningwind, since she was one of the most beautiful she-cats he had ever seen, especially in battle, when she was a streak of orange fur and flying claws. Of course, she was also lovely now, in the calm after the fighting, with blood drying on her fur and claws. "I saw you finish off Rainstar- that was well done," the deputy remarked, which was true. Rainstar had been a thorn in BloodClan's side ever since the conflict had started, and no cat had managed to finish him off- until now. "Anyways, we're getting a patrol together to track down and eliminate the survivors- I assume that you'd be interested." This wasn't a question. "By the way, have you seen Monster anywhere?"
Bluesky
Lightningwind twitched her ears in relief when Aspenbark went over to deal with Bloodeyes. He was good for ordering to battle, but she really hated handling him in his stupid moments. She turned her gaze back to Clifftalon, whiskers rippling when he reminded her of Rainstar's death. He'd bled quite a lot... she wondered if it was because the life he had was from MoonClan, or if his body had been just waiting for her claws to tear into it and rip its last life out.
Her attention was drawn back to the deputy again as he continued speaking. She dipped her head, pleased that she was included in the patrol. But then, she bared her fangs, hissing slightly. "I saw that useless cat skulking away when we started winning. I almost went and tore his pelt off when I saw that he was retreating." She spat in disgust- she'd never liked Monster, and had always assumed that it was a fact that they would eventually kill him later, rather than give him a portion of territory. Or course, under Chosenstar's orders, she would hold back, but as soon as he gave the go ahead... oh, SunClan help that cat's spirit, because she'd leave nothing to be buried!
