Ugh. KH. Decent game. Really annoying when every conversation you have with a certain friend *coughcoughdanicough* somehow turns around to anime, manga, and anime videogames. And anime plushies, cons, and other fanfare. I used to like Bleach, for example. Then the second season started kinda . . . dragging, I guess, and my friend's obsession started turning me off.

I couldn't agree more, Starlight. Fangirls ruin every fandom. Take High School Musical. I thought it was a decent movie when it first showed up, but then EVERYONE and her SISTER IN LAW was wearing High School Musical shoes and high school musical on her binder and HIgh School musical posters in her room and QUOTING HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL. It got kinda annoying.
And it was that way with Hannah Montana. And Twilight. ... -shot by fangirls-

Yup. Except I don't mind if something is super-popular or super-not. I've never cared. It's when your friend is a fan (especially a probably OCD fan like said friend) that it gets really annoying, becuase you can't escape your friends like you can pop-culture. Partly because sane people don't want to escape from good friends, just some of their habits and such. And people and their habits are a package deal.
