ROUND I Note: I SWEAR the Giveaways are not rigged. The winners are chosen at random. It would have been dishonest of me and unfair to Willowpaw to redraw. Poetry Contest- No Entries. D= MFAC- ~First Place: Willowpaw! Warrior of the Week- Willowpaw! Random Giveaway- Willowpaw! Follow My Lead- ~First Place: Sleetfoot! “Sometimes, in the silvery mists of my dreams, StarClan walk, and among them, a cat I know well. My father, he was, and always will be. His name was Snowstar. He was the leader of my Clan, IceClan, back in the Highlands, where I come from. He followed me here, to watch over me. He doesn’t know these StarClan cats, but still, he lives among them, to make sure that I am well. He is more than my father, my mentor, my leader. He is my friend. And I am more than his son, his apprentice, or his deputy, I was his friend. He watches both of us now, because our destinies are intertwined, my dear Bluesky. He will always be there for the both of us. Whenever we need a guide, he will be there.” Riddle- No Entries. D= The same riddle will be used this week as no one even guessed, and until at least one person takes a couple minutes to try and figure it out, the answer will not be given or the riddle replaced. Hint: The fifth character is a space.

ROUND II Poetry Contest- ~First Place: Bluesky! Quick feet, Fast and fleet. Pitter patter, The rain does splatter. Dripping fur, Soaked to skin. Light pawsteps, Silent as shadows. Twittering mouse, Twitching whiskers. One pounce. One swipe. Done. MFAC- ~First Place: Willowpaw! ~Second place: Bluesky! Warrior of the Week- Sleetfoot! Random Giveaway- Bluesky! Follow My Lead- ~First Place: Bluesky! Spying a flicker of movement, I crouched low and prepared to pounce, teeth bared at the strange, foreign scent of the cat that tried to hide from me. I crept forward, stepping lightly, always poised to pounce. "Who are you and why are you here?" I growled threateningly. The snow white tom stayed silent, and tried to melt into the shadows. A snarl rumbled through my throat and twisted my lips in anger. "Why do you stay silent, foreigner? Scared?" I taunted, taking another step forward. ~Second Place: Willowpaw! Spying a flicker of movement, I crouched low and prepared to pounce, teeth bared at the strange, foreign scent of the cat that tried to hide from me. The idea of a rogue on MoutnainClan territory was preposterous! "Show yourself, coward!" I hissed, infuriated that this cat thought he could steal the Clan's prey. While it hesitated, I examined the scent longer, deciding it was a tom. Something was vaguely familiar about his scent, like I knew him before, but this was the first rogue I had encountered in my many moons. The cat finally decided to show himself, catching me offguard not for his sudden appearance, but for who he was. Standing before me, fur matted and claws dulled, the scent of our clan robbed by his many moons away, was a cat who made all my rage melt. Standing before me was a cat who had long been missing: Stonepelt, my old mate. Riddle- Again: No Entries. D= The same riddle will be used this week as no one even guessed, and until at least one person takes a couple minutes to try and figure it out, the answer will not be given or the riddle replaced. Hint: The fifth character is a space. Hint #2: The first character is 'S'

ROUND III
Poetry Contest- ~First Place: Bluesky!
We strike fast, strike strong Paws slipping through the lush grass Silent and deadly
MFAC- No entries. D= Srsly. None.
Warrior of the Week- Bluesky!
Random Giveaway- Bluesky!
Follow My Lead- ~First Place: Sleetfoot!
“Star light, star bright, to you I trust my life tonight.” I whispered to myself, preparing for the battle of a lifetime. There was an ear-splitting shriek from below the den I had come to call my own. My eyes snapped open and I looked below me to see a sea of cats, most of them not mine. I took a deep breath and lept into the raging battle below me. I knew the odds of us winning where slim, especially with half of our Clan gone but we would do what we could. I looked around me for a familiar face but found nothing but my enemies. Then-there! Dartclaw! I raced toward the brown tom, battling against the intruding cats to get there. “Dartclaw.” He heaved, “We need to stick together. Fight with me?” The brown tom could only nod. I let my claws fly through a large black she-cat’s flank and she was down. I looked over my right shoulder and found the two remaining apprentices battling together against three intruders. So brave. That’s when I heard it. The sickening crunch from behind him. I could tell by the density and sound of the bones that it was not a Striker’s cat. I turned, panicky flooding his body. Dartclaw was dead. I looked back to the apprentices, well apprentice. Crystalpaw had been killed as well. I raced forward, dodging some TornadoeClan cats to find Gracefoot. She was missing a paw. Completely. “Oh great MoonClan, how could this happen?” “Sleetfoot you have to go! They will kill us all. Snowstar has saved half the Clan. You need to run with whoever you can and find a new home. MoonClan’s followers cannot live her any longer.” Then the black and white cat was still. I let my muzzle fall on her head and whispered gently to the cat that had fought so bravely. Then I turned and headed to my perch. There where only two cats, beside myself who where still battling on. I leapt into the throng once more to land beside my sister. So young, not even a warrior, the Medicine cat was stronger than any one he know. “Come on, Boneclaw we have to go.” “No. I can’t. I have to stay here and fight for Ravenwing.” “Ravenwing would not want you to die this way. We have to go!” I grabbed her by the neck and hauled her out of the ring of cats. “Stay here.” I whispered before leaping back in to find the apprentice. I got to him but it was too late. The small black body had just finished his last battle. I was full of rage but there was nothing I could do. I ran out of our camp to reunite with my sister. “At least they haven’t figured out that they are fighting themselves now. Let’s go.” I took one last long look at the place where I had grown up before I turned and fled to the mountains.
Riddle- Again: No Entries. D= The same riddle will be used this week as no one even guessed, and until at least one person takes a couple minutes to try and figure it out, the answer will not be given or the riddle replaced. Hint: The fifth character is a space. Hint #2: The first character is 'S' Hint #3: The eighth character is 'N'

ROUND IV
Poetry Contest- No entries. *sobs*But for something to put here, I wrote a poem. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN TOO!
Fearful of the future Wary of the past Living in the present For good things never last Lonely and half-broken Bedraggled pelt and paws A loner cat, no warrior Unbound by any laws A bitter sort of freedom Following lost dreams This roughened fumbling feline Is more than she may seem…
MFAC- No entries. D= Aw.
Warrior of the Week- Starlight! Because even though you didn't enter, you were nominated. Normally I don't take nominations, but since there were no actual entries I allowed it this time.
Random Giveaway- Sleetfoot!
Follow My Lead- ~First Place: Willowpaw!
I flinched back, pain shooting through my heart as if it were broken, blinking in disbelief. The hawks had attacked the camp at the smell of fresh new meat--the clan's newest kits and abundance of apprentices. Too many of the warriors had been too far away from camp, but the whole clan, even the queens and elders, fought as hard at they could, protecting the kits. The battle was drawing to an end, however--the birds greatly outnumbered us. The biggest hawk had gone for me, the biggest warrior. To me, it looked like the hawks had won--and if they didn't, I didn't think I would live long enough to know how terrible thier defeat was. I looked up at Silverpelt, a ray of a star shining amongst the giant birds's wings, smiling down at me. I managed to force a shaky smile back as I fell to join my fallen comrades in StarClan.
~Second Place: Sleetfoot!
I flinched back, pain shooting through my heart as if it were broken, blinking in disbelief. I couldn't believe she wanted to leave. But I could understand it. My father is strong and can protect her and the others but how could she leave the High Lands without him? He had no choice; he couldn't go with her. It was his job to stay and defend the camp. He was deputy now. He dipped his head to the cat he had found himself growing so close to. "Sandyfur. If it is your with I can not stop you. Please. Be safe!"
Riddle- Again: No Entries. D= The same riddles will be used this week as no one even guessed, and until at least one person takes a couple minutes to try and figure it out, the answers will not be given or the riddles replaced. JUST GUESS SOMETHING RANDOM IF YOU MUST.
1st Riddle Hint: The fifth character is a space. Hint #2: The first character is 'S' Hint #3: The eighth character is 'N' Hint #4: Since I'm an idiot, the fifth character shouldn't be there. Oops.
2nd Riddle Hint: A certain post on the Cat Stats board might help. (I know this riddle is vague.)

ROUND V Poetry Contest- ~First place (tie): Willowpaw and Bluesky! Willowpaw's Poem The sun falls slowly into sleep Purple is the sky But there is a bright young glint In the hunter's eye She walks silently as shadows Nothing there to stop her paws The poor scrawny trembling prey Falls victim to her claws. Bluesky's Poem Hate and pain merge into one They fire my veins Sustain my reasons Make me want to break free Make me want to scream to the empty night Thorns of my existence tear into your pristine pallet I ruin all these lies No longer will I fake the perfection you desire Now you will see who I am Now you will see what I've done Bare these scars no longer mental Now my pain will be known Listen to my secrets bared plain for all Let the world see this hazard to life Let the world see what it harbors The depths of the shadows cloak my soul 'We' is just a lie Pain is all there is I want you to suffer like I do I want you to feel what I am Don't pretend to understand You're just a ghost of what could have been Now I've seen the dark shed by light Satisfying my need for a released attack Satisfying my need for an emotion at all MFAC- ~First place: Willowpaw! Warrior of the Week- Willowpaw! Random Giveaway- Willowpaw! Follow My Lead- ~First place: Willowpaw! Sighing in utter exasperation, the she-cat cuffed the kit gently upside the head, causing him to glance up at her in astonishment. "What was that for!?" He demanded, though he knew very well what it was for. "You have to ask?" snapped his mother, "Well, you snuck out of camp, tried to kill a fox kit, almost left the territory, got in the way of a Twoleg--" "Alright, mother!" He said unhappily, "I get it. Let me be." The queen refused. "No. You will tend to the elders for the rest of the moon as punishment, and I'm sure the leader would agree." The kit agreed humbly, already plotting how he would get out of camp again. Riddle- 1st Riddle: Wildstar! (the answer was Star Clan/StarClan. Because I'm an idiot. xD) 2nd Riddle: Is being canceled because it was pretty bad. I'll write a new one for this week. Congrats all! And an especial thanks to Willow for entering everything! I love your enthusiasm! Make sure to anamail me for your prizes!

ROUND VI Poetry Contest- ~First place: Willowpaw! Willowpaw's Heartbreak Sometimes it's wonderful to have friends Whether you've known them forever Or have only ever had as a hunting partner once And you know they'll stay until the end. Sometimes it's good to know you have friends When the times get dark and cold And you don't know what to do But you know there's a friend right there. Sometimes it's hard to have friends When you feel something around them Something you don't quite understand But it fills you to the brim with joy. Sometimes it's heartbreaking to lose friends When they are taken from you By things you can't control But want so badly to change. ~Second Place: Sleetfoot! MFAC- ~First place: Birdpaw! Warrior of the Week- Birdpaw! Random Giveaway- Sleetfoot! Follow My Lead- ~First place: Sleetfoot! Suddenly a hawk screamed from above, and her chest constricted with terror. The she-kit had only been out of the camp a few times but Ravenwing had thought she could do this on her own. She was only gathering herbs! And just her luck that a hawk would find her. And of course she looked like prey she was little more than a kit. Instinctively she dropped the herbs she had collected and they fluttered away in the light breeze. Her eyes widened and she raised her paws in defense, though she knew there was nothing she could do. She had never learned a single fighting move. But just as the hawk swooped down to grab her a white blur struck its side. There was screeching and hissing and a fierce battle that resulted in a single death. Bonepaw’s eyes widened once she saw her brother, standing victoriously over the limp form of the giant bird. She raced to his side and buried her snout in his fur. “Thank you Sleetfoot, I owe you my life.” ~Second place: Willowpaw! Suddenly a hawk screamed from above, and her chest constricted with terror. "My son!" Flowertail screamed. "My son! Bramblekit! Bramblekit...!! No, someone go get him! Kill the hawk! No-- Come with me, I'll kill it myself!" She grabbed her younger kit, Willowkit, by the scruff, then decided she was too big and put her down, dashing off with a snarl. "I'll get him! We'll get him! That hawk will die! Oh, what I'll do to Bramblekit when I get him..." "You mean if he's still there, mom," said Willowkit unwisely, wishing she hadn't said it. Flowertail turned toward her, fur bristling and eyes alight with determination. "He will still be there. He will. Oh, by the time I'm done with that hawk nobody will want to eat it, it'll be torn into so many pieces!" Riddle- Winner: Willowpaw! (the answer was Wildstar.) Congrats all! ROUND VII AAAAHG! Follow My Leads were soooo tough to judge it was crazy! Hawky and Starry’s had really good plots, Wildy’s made me laugh so I hard I almost fell out of my chair and Willow’s dynamic between the three were so cute! If I could have a four way tie I totally would! Poetry Contest:First Place: Willowpaw! MountainClan's a lovely clan The members all try to accept All of the loners that need a home And promises they have kept
Now there is no shortage of strangers That come for a new start But one kit stood out among the rest One who was quick and bold and smart
She took to us immediately Decided she wouldn't leave And we needed a cat like Hawkkit However much she began to peeve Second Place:Tinderpaw! Pure energy Kit of endless joy The white-furred Hawkkit
Gentle and kind A heart strong and true Beautiful inside and out Follow My Lead:First Place: Starlight! The snow that fell to the ground outside the camp was soft but cold. That didn't stop the young Hawkkit from bounding out to play anyway. Starlight, fearing for her health, ran after the kit.
“Hawkkit? Hawkkit! Get back here! It’s too cold to play out there!” Suddenly, the older cat stopped. She peered out into the snowy expanse. One moment, Hawkkit was right in front of her, frolicking in the snow. The next, Starlight couldn’t make the kit out. Her white fur blended in perfectly with the snow.
“Hawkkit!” the medicine cat called out, desperate. “Hawkkit, get back here!” Frustrated, Starlight hissed at the fluffy white flakes falling from the sky. Stupid snow, covering the kit’s scent and masking her footprints! Stupid, awful stuff!
She hissed again, just for good measure. Then she stalked forward. She had to try to find the adventuresome kit.
Suddenly, she heard a loud crack and a shout, somewhere to her left. Without a second thought, Starlight dashed off, following the sound. Then she saw it.
“Hawkkit!” she screamed, running all the faster. For just ahead was the lake, and there in the middle of the snow-dusted ice, was a small, kit-sized hole. The icy water lapped up against the edges of the hole as something struggled just underneath the surface.
Starlight ran up to the hole and stuck her head in, searching for the kit. Working through the shock of the freezing water, the she-cat managed to clamp her jaws around a struggling bit of fur and pull her head out.
Hawkkit laid there on the ice, coughing up water. Starlight used her paw to press down on the kit’s ribs, helping push the water out. Finally, the kit took a gasping breath, and Starlight relaxed a little. “It’s okay. You’re going to be alright,” the medicine cat soothed, speaking as much to herself as to the kit.
“F-f-f-f-fi-f,” Hawkkit stammered through chattering teeth.
Starlight wrapped her warm body around the trembling kit. She would rather have the kit in a warm den, but the kit needed to be warmer before Starlight could carry Hawkkit up to the medicine cat’s den. “What was that?” Starlight asked, leaning her head in closer to hear.”
“F-f-fish. There w-w-w-were f-fish in-in-in th-th-th-th-there.” And the little kit gazed up at the older cat, her eyes wide in amazement.
And Starlight had a sudden urge to go bang her head on something. Hard. Second Place:Hawkkit! "The snow that fell to the ground outside the camp was soft but cold. That didn't stop the young Hawkkit from bounding out to play anyway."
Hawkkit bounced in the snow, her tiny paws causing tiny explosions as they came in contact with the white powder. She began to run through the snow and roll around, her thick white pelt blending in with the snow and shielding her from the cold. She let out a squeal of joy as she leapt and bounded through the white wonderland.
"So this is what it's like to play in snow," She said, sitting down finally just to watch the tiny white crystals fall. One landed on her nose and she crossed her eyes to take a look, but just as soon as her eyes focused, the white speck melted. "Mouse dung!" she cried as she lay down, pouting, "Where did it go?" she asked no one in particular as she lay on the soft powder, "It was there! Then it disappeared! How did that happen? It just... Vanished..." Her eyes lit up as an idea crossed her mind, "Maybe I can vanish like the snow too!" she cried as excitement began to bubble up inside of her. "I'll concentrate really hard! If I concentrate hard enough, I can do it!" She shut her eyes and began to think, 'I CAN DISAPPEAR!' She focused all of her attention on that one solitary thought and thought as hard as she could, harder than she had ever thought before! "I CAN DO IT!" she shouted and felt it. She was going to disappear! She was going to disappear! She was going to... A noise in the bushes suddenly broke her concentration. She cocked her head to the side and turned in the direction of the noise. As she looked, a tiny mouse darted from the bushed and began to dash around the small clearing she sat in.
"Mouse!" she cried and darted after the tiny creature which had broke her concentration. She began to chase the tiny creature around, running as fast as she could chasing its tiny tail. Much to Hawkkit's dismay though, the mouse quickly took cover in the bushes from which it had appeared.
"Please come back," Hawkkit mewed, her voice filled with sadness, "I just want to play..." When the mouse did not return though, Hawkkit hung her head low and began to sulk back to camp.
Suddenly, a thought crossed Hawkkit's mind, "What was I doing before?" she thought out loud and looked back to where she had sat before. A snowflake fell onto her nose and she crossed her eyes once again, only to see it had already melted.
"Oh well... I can always disappear tomorrow," she mewed and bounded back to camp through the now-deep white powder. Third Place:Wildstar! The snow that fell to the ground outside the camp was soft but cold. That didn't stop the young Hawkkit from bounding out to play anyway. Falcontail, fearing for his mind, ran as fast as he could from the rambunctious kit. Just because StarClan had assigned him to her when she became an apprentice, didn't mean he was going to have anything to do with her if he could help it. "Falcontail, wait up!" she called, her short legs utterly buried in the snow. 'NO!' his mind screamed. In the same instant, a patch of ice underneath the snow made itself known, sending the the tabby tom sprawling. "Thanks for waiting!" Hawkkit chirped. A sudden heaviness on his back confirmed that Hawkkit had jumped on him. "I hope I get you as a mentor!" Falcontail rolled his eyes. 'Will I ever get used to this?' Fourth Place:Willowpaw! The snow that fell to the ground outside the camp was soft but cold. That didn't stop the young Hawkkit from bounding out to play anyway. Willowpaw, fearing for her health, ran after the kit. She was up to her ankles in powdery cold, and when she caught up to the kit, her paw convulsively shook the snow away.
"Hawkkit," purred the apprentice, "I don't think playing in the snow is a very good idea."
Hawkkit looked up at her with an adorably confused stare. "But it's fun!" she chirped.
"It's very cold," argued Willowpaw, "you might get sick and have to see Starlight."
"But I like Starlight!" beamed the kit.
Willowpaw smiled. "I know you like Starlight. I do too. But when you have to see her because you're sick, it's not very fun."
She was interrupted mid-lecture by her brother, who had approached the she-cats in a smug trot. He gave Willowpaw a short, disapproving glance, then crouched to look Hawkkit in the eye. "Wanna play?"
Hawkkit's face lit up. "Yeah!"
Bramblepaw lurched down into a deeper crouch, as though about to pounce. His face gave way to a smirk. "Me and Willowpaw are dogs. You are a great and mighty warrior who must defeat us!"
Hawkkit let out a mighty yowl and leapt at Willowpaw the dog. MFAC:First Place: Hawkkit! Giveaway: Willowpaw! Riddle: Bluesky! Warrior of the Week: Hawkkit of course!

ROUND VIII WINNERS POETRY: None FOLLOW MY LEAD: Bluesky! The morning light was just starting to trickle in as the cat stirred. Annoyed at having been woken up so early Bluesky began to get up. She pushed one leg straight at a time, making her joints pop, and also making her rise one quadrant at a time. She shook her head to ruffle her fur slightly, but didn't bother grooming beyond that. She slid out of her nest and exited the nursery, yawning widely and wincing at the bright sunlight. A bundle of fur came hurdling towards her the moment she stepped into the light, and she realized that her kits had already gotten up. One of those kits, with a dapple tan pelt, skidded to a halt before her. "Morning, Bluesky!" She wanted to reply grumpily, but Dawnkit was just too cute for that. "Good morning, little one." She brushed her tongue over her kit's head. "Too impatient to wait for me to get up?" "But you were taking fooorreevvverrrr!" Dawnkit drew out the last word, her wide eyes completely serious. "What are you so excited about, anyway?" When she saw her kit look around like she was guarding a very important secret, Bluesky leaned forward, interested. "Okay, but you can't tell anyone, okay? Well, Coldy and Rainy know, so you can talk to them, but no-one else, oookay? Especially not Sleetfoot, okay?" She nodded her consent, wanting to know what all this was about. "We're making a daddy's day present for him!" "Awww, that's nice! What is it?" "Well, he always misses the snow in the summer, so we've been collecting white flower petals, so we can make it snow for him!" Bluesky couldn't resist the cuteness and scooped Dawnkit up and cuddled her, though she looked rather bewildered. "Blueskyyyyyy!" "It's a really good idea. He'll love it."
