A list of NPCs, who can be controlled by any roleplayer. You can also create your own and PM the bio, create an actual character, or just use generic terms such as "one of the scientists."
...Um, I guess I'll make this list later. It's not technically necessary just yet...

Right. So, again, feel free to add new NPCs to this thread whenever you want, or make your own side character. Here's the list:
Scientists
• Dr. Ashleigh Danielson ♀
Tall, dirty blond hair tied back in a bun, stern face, reading glasses. Is strict, cold, and analytical. Age, approximately 37.
• Dr. Matthew Smith ♂
Middle-aged man, short and round with balding brown hair. Friendly nature, quick to smile, absent-minded. Wears bifocals.
• Dr. Emilee Hill ♀
Petite, middle-aged woman, short and thin, pale skin and dyed brown hair cut short. Shy and quiet, but good-natured, and wise.
• Dr. Liam Santos ♂
Hispanic male, late fifties, tall with short-cut, graying black hair. Very talkative, but speaks mostly of his research, in scientific jargon that’s difficult to understand. Not mean, but definitely on the stricter side.
(Notice there’s one ‘nice guy’ and one ‘mean guy’ for each gender. Hmmm...)
Caretakers
• Ms. Marjani “Marj” Evans
The head cook. Large, African-American woman, gray hair tied back in a bun, smiling face. Maternal nature, is something of a mother-figure to the psychics. She’s kind to them, says her son was a psychic, too. The psychics sometimes come to her with their problems, and she listens and mothers them and gives advice. She’s also quick to take disciplinary action, though she usually dishes it out herself—she’ll yank your ear and lecture you, but she won’t turn you in to the scientists. She’s a live-in employee, and has a room just around the corner from the kids’ rooms. (I love Marj...)
• Dr. Youko Yamamoto
One of the counselors, with a degree in psychiatry. Originally from Japan, she came to America to study abroad. She has lived here long enough now that her accent is coherent. She’s small, with black hair tied back in a ponytail. She puts on a “shrink” façade, but she’s really friendly, caring, and gentle.
(Other NPC ‘caretakers’ can include counselors and cooks, as well as janitors and that sort of thing.)

Tutors
• Mr. Dennis Golden ♂
A good-looking young man in his late twenties with blond hair and a huge grin, a high-school teacher by profession, teaches biology and chemistry to the high-school age psychics. Good-natured, can get overly enthusiastic, with the occasional resulting explosion from a chemistry experiment gone bad. It is not an uncommon sight to see him wandering around with soot smudged in his face and hair. Always has safety goggles on his person, usually around his neck or resting on his forehead when he's not actually experimenting. Is a Level 1 Pyrokinetic, just enough to light a Bunsen burner when he needs to.
• Mr. Nathan Bell ♂
An elderly man in his late seventies with arthritis, a cane, and a shock of silver-white hair. Can be grumpy when his joints are acting up, which is often, but loves to regale the psychics with stories from his youth, which are numerous and interesting. Has a quote for every occasion. Mr. Bell teaches high-school literature and language arts to the psychics.
• Mrs. Marianne Nelson ♀
Sharp-tongued middle-aged woman with gray-streaked black hair, quite strict, who teaches the psychics high-school math and physics. Likes students who apply themselves in her subject area, but is very harsh on those who don't put in what she sees as adequate effort. Emphasizes application of math and science to everyday life.
• Ms. Bernadette Schwartz ♀
Pretty woman in her early thirties with very long light brown hair and hazel eyes. Is the high-school history teacher for the psychics, loves the subject a great deal, to the point where she spends much of her free time reading history books and watching documentaries. Emphasizes World History over American, also does special courses on the history of psychics and psychic research. Has Level 2 Postcognition. Ms. Schwartz believes that history is the key to understanding the world and how it works. Has a crush on Mr. Golden.
• Mr. Thomas Caroway ♂
Soft-spoken redhaired man with brown eyes and freckles, an elementary-school teacher who was brought in to teach Gaerwn. (Alternatively was here before if there were other very young psychics.) Is in his mid-thirties, quite friendly, a very competent teacher who likes to try alternative teaching strategies.
• Ms. Vivian Emory ♀
New art teacher straight out of college, who replaced the previous teacher who retired. Tiny woman in her mid-twenties, teaches art to all the students. An excellent artist in her own right, always working on her own projects when she's not teaching the psychics. Usually splattered with paint or crusted with modeling clay. Has dark brown hair that she keeps in a bun, with markers and/or paintbrushes stuck in it. Has giant green eyes.
• Mr. Andrew Carmichael ♂
Thirty-year-old man with shaggy ash-brown hair long enough to pull back into a ponytail and thick glasses. Dresses shabbily but is a computer genius, left school shortly before getting a doctorate in Computer Science to work at the facility. Teaches Computer Science to all psychic students. Is a Level 2 Technopath.
• Mr. Valentine Hambledon ♂
Short British man in his mid-fifties with a handsome silver mustache and goatee, but a completely bald head. Extremely loud, given to yelling, uses enormous gestures and flourishes when speaking. Teaches drama and music to the psychics, plays piano very well and several other instruments passably. Has a magnificent singing voice and a great talent for acting. Speaks Italian and French.
