Power: Psychometery; Cassie can "read" anything she touches. It's history, the emotions attached to it, how to use it, etc.
Personality: At first, she’s quiet arrogance. Then you get her talking, and she’s sarcastic and patronizing. She is apathetic, and doesn’t have much in the way of morals. Instead, she has a self-serving mindset, to protect herself and her brother. And that’s her biggest redeeming point: once she deems a person worthy, or part of her family, per se, she’s incredibly loyal. Not that she shows it. She’s still sarcastic and superior-than-thou, but she will protect that person with her life. Then again, right now the only one she feels that way about is her brother, Michael.
Appearance: I actually found a picture for her. That doesn’t happen often. She has platinum-blond hair (haven’t decided if it’s her natural color), cut like in the picture. Her skin is kind of cream with a tanned glow, and perfectly smooth. No freckles, no pimples. Her eyebrows are actually kind of dirty blond. Her lashes are thick, black and long. Her eyes are a deep, chocolaty brown. Her nose is straight, slender, long. Her lips are full. Her face is roundish but with a clean-cut jawline. She has high cheekbones. ...Basically, she looks exactly like the picture. She’s of average height with a slim, non-athletic build and a long waist. Actually, she’s a lot more glamorous than my characters usually are. Her style (make-up and clothes and whatnot) is sleek, clean, and modest. (At least, the cut of the clothes is modest. The girl in them? Not so much.) She’s very up-to-date and fashionable.
Skills and Shortcomings: She’s very intelligent, and stronger than she looks (not that that’s particularly strong—she’s rather girly and fragile looking). She’s flexible and has fast reflexes. However, she’s not a particularly fast runner, and has awful endurance in that area. And those are just her natural talents. Her power gives her an instinctive knowledge of how to use pretty much everything she touches, so she’s good at...pretty much everything. However, she’s lazy and easily bored. If it doesn’t interest her, she usually refuses to do/use it. In that respect, she’s rather spoiled. EDIT: She also has a passion and skill for interior design. Her room'll look different almost every time someone enters.
Likes: Clothes, horror movies, guns and other weapons, interior design, Fanta, and Italian food.
Dislikes: People, bugs, and being dirty.
History: She and Michael came to the research facility when she was four and he was six, and have lived there most their lives. What life was like for them before then is, at this point, unknown. Don't worry, the story comes out later.
