Power: Telekinesis, Level 5, but.....
Personality: Jake is a shy kid, not used to being the center of attention at all. However, when you have such power, It is hard to lie low when you are so powerful, and also when it is so hard to control. However, he usually doesn't have to worry about that, so he tends to just sit on the sidelines of the world, be quiet, and only talk to a few close friends who he knows pretty well, one of those being Kara.
He likes to play video games, though, as they usually don't require social skills, and has become quite good at them. They actually became an outlet for him when stressed, or he was having troubles with his powers. I'll get to that below. He also likes to read and draw, and is good-natured and gentle when you get to know him, if you get to know him.
Appearance: Jake looks older than he is. He has dark brown, medium length hair for a guy. He is kind of tall, but lanky and thin. He has green eyes and his lips have a natural smile in them, even when his face is relaxed. He already has a few worry lines, but they are faint, and you cant see them under his hair anyway. He usually wears cargo pants and plain t-shirts of varying colors.
Skills and Shortcomings: Jake can manipulate his surroundings with his mind, moving and changing things at will, and he is powerful, Level 5. However, He is severely handicapped. He has perfect control of his powers, and is very skilled and cleaver in using them, but that is only when he can tap into them. He has no command of when or where he starts using them, so that is a big problem, but sometimes the intensity of it causes him pain.
Likes: Video games, books, art, chess, talking to Kara and sometimes other people. He likes to eat jello, salmon, most other types of sea food.
Dislikes: Pudding, surprisingly. He also doesn't like being in big crowds or being the center of one. He also doesn't like feeling like a test subject. He feels in human, like a caged wild animal, and sometimes feels frightened at the research facility.
History: He has taken the test a few times, but each time they weren't able to detect his power level, and when it bust out in a park a few months ago, he and his family were a bit shocked. Since then he has experienced a lot of trouble with his power at the lab, but has found friends that can help him ease his stress.
