Personality: Kara is understanding, patient, careful, and sometimes hard to get to. She has her set ways of thinking, and though she can change them, she is stubborn. She doesn't quite fit into the world, like her friend Jake, but she can handle more that he can. She has a lot of sympathy to others who deserve it, and no remorse for those who don't deserve pity. People think this is because of her ability, but others think it was just the way she was raised. He is surprisingly open to Jake, who she seems to have a lot in common with, and they can remedy each others problems.
Appearance: Kara is half Black, half Caucasian, with deep brown eyes and light brown, bushy hair. She is slim, medium height, and has a sad air about her most of the time, but can truly be quite happy. She is fit, too, since she liked doing physical activities and just exercising. She usually wears tan caprees( Idk how to spell it) and elegant blouses, along with an old dimmer she had when her power was lower, which is disguised as a charm bracelet.
Skills and Shortcomings: Kara can see into the spirit world, where souls rest (or don't rest). She can speak to them, and they can come in many forms, like that of living things, animals, people, etc., or just be floating masses of energy. However, Kara thinks that some of the spirits may not be real, because it is so hard to tell. She wondered if she is actually just going mad, so she prefers not to use her powers when she is feeling unwell or distressed.
Likes:Running, workouts, weightlifting on occasion. White chocolate, A LOT. She adores the stuff. Spaghetti and other Italian food, as well as some Greek specialties.
Dislikes: Citrus fruit, It gives her headaches. she also disapproves of Video games, with the exception of Jake, who sometimes needs them to calm down. She also likes chess and books.
History: She used to be a level 2 Medium, but her powers have been growing over the last few years, and she reached level 4 by and inch when she turned 17. so she was sent to the research facility.
