Power: Telepathy/Manipulation of electrical impulses
Appearance: Platinum-blond hair, brown eyes, tan skin. Average height and weight. Missing two front teeth and has a mole below his left eye. Refuses to wear anything other than "Christmas" style sweaters.
Personality: Quiet and well-mannered, he is very courteous of others and rarely loses his temper, in part because he knows what people expect of him, and because he is fully aware of the damage he can do. He is definitely a momma's boy and gets attached to people easily. Secretive.
Skills/Shortcomings: Robbie can control any electrical impulse to some degree (normally a L2), but the more unstable his emotions, the higher his level will spike. His telepathic ability is L5, but you would never know unless you were a scientist or if he told you. He is incredibly self-conscious of his lisp.
Likes: Chips, warmth, fireflies, lions, and the colour green.
Dislikes: Doc Earnest, anything that can make him lose his temper.
History: Robbie's powers were actually discovered at birth when he caused a power outage throughout the entire hospital we was born at. His father (a well-known government official) passed the whole thing off as a sort of grid malfunction, but began to instantly fear his son. Robbie's mother (name currently not important) was his sole caretaker until he was taken in by the institution. She pays him regular visits or tries to get him home on weekends.
When he arrived he mostly attached himself to Ramara, and found it amusing to ruin Doc Earnest's chances to talk to her. He still does.
Robbie plans to become a zookeeper or an electrician when he grows up.
