Wildstar licked her chest fur absently. This new warrior presented news from the outside, about wolves and Clans that only cats with far-reaching pasts had ever even heard of. 'Well, Pinestar always said that every cat is different from the last, but, I don't think he meant this different,' she smiled to herself.

Flowertail sighed, her legs involuntarily trembling. The only thing that made her such a fast hunter was moons and moons of running from the accursed monsters in the far reaches of the mouintains. She shook her head. She was part of MountainClan now. She was safe here. Flowertail cleared her throat, and said quietly, "He doesn't seem to mean any harm. I don't see why he couldn't live here." Her tabby head turned to the fresh-kill pile, and she gingerly grabbed the mouse that Sleetfoot had dropped, setting it in front of Wildstar and choosing a falcon fledgeling for herself.

Sleetfoot looked around, slightly unsure of what to do now. Where he had come from, food during the Ice-Time wasn't hard to come by but here it looked like they weren't doing as well. He padded up to stand beside the queen. "Should I keep hunting?" he asked her quietly.

Bluesky sighed and shrugged. "I guess we could always use a few extra paws around camp..." She frowned, glancing up at the sky. The sun was probably as high as it would get in the dead of leaf-bare, but there was still time to hunt. She rolled her eyes to herself as Sleetfoot offered to continue hunting. Pffffft, stupid karma... Well, no reason to change her plans just because she would be accompanying the white cat. Though it was kind of ironic, seeing as she had been teasing him and trying to get away...
"Yes, we probably should." She called, padding over to the sturdy tom. She flicked him with her tail as she passed, smiling quietly to herself. This could be a chance to show off her mountain-cat skills, and she was going to make the best of it. She didn't particularly like the white cat - at all - but the others didn't seem to mind him... perhaps she was just being stubborn? Well, no need to change old habits, if that's the case! She chuckled to herself and headed for the camp entrance.

Wildstar nodded her thanks to Flowertail and dug her fangs into the tender meat. 'Nothing like tender meat...' she thought contentedly to herself. All the while she was watching young Bluesky and the new arrival Sleetfoot. 'Perhaps there will be-' but she cut herself off. There was no point in jumping to conclusions. 'But still.' The black-pelted she-cat tried her very best to hold back a smile.

Flowertail looked up from the young falcon she was half-finished with and caught Wildstar's attention just in time. The skin under her brown fur turned hot. "Wildstar, you don't think..." Her grey eyes widened. "You really think so?"

Wildstar was all innocense, although her voice betrayed nothing. "Think what, Flowertail?"
Ooc: Come on, you had to see that coming! xD

The queen lowered her voice. "You don't think that Bluesky and Sleetfoot...." she stopped herself. Turning her voice back to normal volume, she meowed, "You'll accept Sleetfoot?" Flowertail was hardly surprised. It had been done before.

Wildstar nodded slightly. "Of course. MountainClan needs a strong warrior like that. StarClan must have wanted him here, and I am not about to go against their wishes." The leader blinked slowly. "As for Bluesky and Sleetfoot, they will choose their own path, together or no." But the black she-cat's mind was swirling with thoughts, however blunt and final her statement may have seemed. She had no doubt in her mind that MountainClan just became a lot more interesting.

**Haha, boy what have I missed ** Sleetfoot's ear twitched when the grey cat's tail flicked it but otherwise he didn't move. If she was going to be one of those kinds of cats, he could work with t. He could be one of those kinds of cats too. "Yes, let us go hunt. I'm sure you know the best places for prey." He diopped his head respectfully to the trained mountain warrior.

OOC://Lustry and Flower talking, basically. |D//
Bluesky stared at him and started to wonder if all snow-cats spoke like that. Flicking her ears dismissively, she padded outside, thinking of a rabbit scent she'd noticed earlier while speeding down the mountain. She rose to a steady trot, just fast enough so that she had an excuse to not speak with the white cat.

*Ah...ok then...*
Sleetfoot couldn't help but smile when she raced off without warning. He started after her matching her pace paw for paw, staying only two trots behind her, so as to keep out of her way.

OoC://Ya lol//
Her slender form wrapped around the curled down ferns surrounding then, letting her paws skim over the snow lightly. She paused for a moment, parting her mouth and drawing in the cold mountain scents. Picking up on a rabbit smell drifting on a slight breeze, she continued. The scent grew as she advanced, and she detected a faint white outline on the snow hopping around. She smiled and slowly descended onto it, making no sound. Without the slightest pause in her movements, she smoothly leaped onto the rabbit and snapped its small spine between her jaws. She looked back behind her to make sure Sleetfoot hadn't wandered off, imagining him running around all over the mountain.

**Kitties will bes kitties...**
Sleetfoot stopped a few paces behind her, to let her make the catch with no distractions. He nodded to her when she turned to find him. "Awaiting my approval are we?" There was a slight glimmer of pride in her eyes as he brushed lightly against her pelt before darting forward again.
